For the cannabis wellness brand, my task was to create a comprehensive communication system that unified online and offline communication across various platforms by establishing a tangible brand strategy.
Through careful analysis, I developed a series of detailed documents and systems to streamline all strategic communication - whether through digital marketing channels such as InShorts, Google Ads or emailers, or outreach programs to customers, influencers and other brands. I worked on redeveloping the website, as well as launching several sub-brands that supported niche concerns that could be addressed through cannabis extracts.
