I founded Matter + Form to highlight creativity across the Indian subcontinent. 

My role was to establish and manage a magazine dedicated to various stories behind creative endeavours by South Asians in their homeland or around the world. The day-to-day work involved various tasks such as website design, editing, communication, marketing, and management processes. I played a key role in securing support for the magazine and hiring the right team to ensure its quality and value as it expanded digitally.

I coordinated with a team of more than 10 people to produce editorial material on a weekly basis, which led to the magazine gaining an active community presence. This included a following of 5000+ on Instagram in less than 6 months.
